i just got golden bears a 21 piece set 300. graphite shafts great clubs they work as well for me as a 1000.00 set, well actually better as im a beginner and they have medium flex

The clubs don’t matter as much as your swing. If “fake” clubs seem to suite you, then play with them. If not, then don’t. I would suggest that you buy Wilson Staff (Ci7) golf clubs. If you’re a beginner, you might want to buy ones with a graphite shaft. Make sure tu buy regular clubs, so that they “allow more mistakes in you’re swing”.

The paint is most likely an enamel which gets baked. There are small bottles available in the Arts and Craft stores which will suit your needs.The bottles even have a brush attached to the cover.

If the head was stamped the manufacturers used to just rub a little enamel into the stamp and wipe it off. You are probably describing what happens to a decal when its subjected to paint remover. Decals are usually available from Golfsmith or Golfworks two of the major suppliers to the repair industry check out their web sites for more info.

There are many low priced clubs sets made just for beginners. Don’t over spend on your first set of clubs, wait until you’ve played for a while to see how you like the game. Here are some inexpensive clubs for beginners.

$250 Is plenty of money for decent quality irons. If your looking for a whole set i urge you to reconsider, you wont get any bang for your buck. So first thing look used, ebay, craigslist, globalgolf.com. When your looking for clubs be realistic if your a 20 handicap don’t get blades your game will suffer! Go with more of a cavity back something that looks easy to hit.

Trust me I’m a scratch golfer and i haven’t spent anything over 280 for a set of irons. You shouldn’t either
