Good First Set but Clubs Already Broken!January 4, 2009 Derek A. Gillespie(North Hollywood, CA) I read some of the other reviews where people complained that the 3W broke at the range - we'll it happened to me. I broke both the 3W and 5W - the heads flew off into the range! I'm not a hack either - I hit about the same as the average joe.
Also: there is no driver in this set, it's a 3W and it's a Ladies club too! It reads 'Ladies Flex' right along the side.
The irons are rock-solid though and putter feels very responsive too. All in all this is a pretty good purchase considering how much you're paying.
Starter golf clubsDecember 14, 2008 T. Farrow-Nickerson(Durham, NC) Brought these clubs for my husband in 2007...well his first or second outing to the driving range one of the heads flew off!!! The company immediately sent him a new one although it was not the same brand as the one I brought but they did respond very quickly. I did not want to spend a lot on some clubs for my husband since he had never played so I did not know if he would like the game. Okay clubs for beginners.
broke within 10 swingsNovember 26, 2008 TK(Wylie, TX USA) The graphite shaft wood broke within 10 swings at the driving range. Pretty embarrassing when the club head flies almost as far as the ball you just hit. The other clubs seem to be holding up a little better, but time will tell. I don't feel as though they will hold up very long however. I didn't expect much from these clubs based on price, but I did expect to make it through at least one round before they broke. Hopefully I won't get hassled about a replacement or repair.

Good ClubsOctober 13, 2008 R. Leverette I feel sure there are much better clubs out there, but for the price this is a great place to start. I'm new to golfing and am just happy to have a complete set. I think if I actually start to get any better at it I may look for better drivers and a better putter later on down the road, but the irons are fine. I've only been to the driving range a handful of times, but these clubs have worked great for me.
