5 out of 5 stars BEST HYBRID FOR THE MONEY   July 3, 2010
TONY
If you don't want to spend $100.00 or more for a more popular name brand hybrid, the Texan Classics is the hybrid for you. The appearance is that of a more expensive club, but I was more impressed with the performance and feel!! I really wasn't expecting the club to be that good. The feel and sound of a shot was enough for me. I wish all of my clubs felt that good. I'm 62 years old and shoot in the high 70's - low 80's and recommend the regular flex. Although I play Callaway X-12 firm graphite shafts, I felt much more comfortable with the regular flex Texan Classics hybrids. They are very long off the tee or off the deck. The clubs are very workable too. GOLF OUTLETS USA is the distributor for Texan Classics and are very fair on their pricing, and quick on shipping.

3 out of 5 stars Durability Issues   April 30, 2010
Adam Crabtree (Texarkana, TX)
I really liked having this club in my bag. Did just what you would expect a utility club to do. Played like a much more expensive club. Unfortunately, after using it for about 3 months, the head twisted after a fairway shot and has thus rendered this club unusable. But hey..it was less than $15 bucks!

1 out of 5 stars Buyer Beware!   January 10, 2010
Petorious (Seattle, WA)
There's no worse feeling than having your club head fly off at your local driving range! I didn't think this was even possible. NOT ENOUGH GLUE OR SOMETHING...? I always read reviews before making purchases, but I was duped on this one. The price is tempting, but save your money and buy a REAL hybrid club!

5 out of 5 stars Great club   November 24, 2009
Keith W. Seckel (Orlando area)
When I bought this club, it was even cheaper than it is now. That's hard to believe. I love this club. Great for out of the fairways. I don't hit my woods well out of fairways, but this one I do. If you don't have this club in your bag. you should. The best value I have bought, period!
