Huge BlisterJune 27, 2010 MNF I bought a pair of these golf sandals after giving them to a friend as a retirement gift. I liked the way they looked and the fact that several reviewers said that they were very comfortable. Although they initially felt comfortable and seemed to be the correct size, the second time I wore them, I developed a huge blood blister on the back of my heel. I had to have it drained at an urgent care facility. I sent back both mine and my friend's (she hadn't worn hers yet). I am hoping that I will get a refund. I do NOT recommend these.
Golf Sandals are great!June 26, 2009 jch(Rhode Island) I'm having some problems with a hammer toe and won't be able to wear regular shoes until after surgery in August. A friend recommended golf sandals (commonly used in Florida). I opted for a lower-priced version to be sure I'd like them and the front strap wouldn't rub against my painful toe. This pair is PERFECT, The velcro straps make the fit perfect, and the front strap is set far enough back to completely clear my toes.
I walked 9 holes yesterday and was so comfortable. And cool. These will be great in very hot weather.
In fact, I got two pars yesterday- the first time ever. Coincidence?
